Ghousia Nalli Biryani is a single, original beef nalli biryani kitchen in Liaquatabad, Karachi — not a chain, not a franchise, just one address: 2/240, Liaqatabad Commercial Area, Main Sarafa Bazar, Block 6, Liaquatabad Town, Karachi. Everything we cook goes out from that one kitchen.

Our specialty is beef nalli biryani — bone-in shank cooked low and slow in a traditional dum style until the marrow melts into the gravy, served over rice cooked the old way, no shortcuts. We've built our name over the years on one simple idea: the plate should taste the same whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth.
